  Despite declaring all over their website 100 days right to return, this is the email I have received regarding delivery if the products we have purchased. YOU SHOULD READ THIS BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING Please print this delivery report out and have it ready when your delivery arrives. It is not often, but it can happen that the delivered products are damaged during transport even though the packaging itself does not appear to be damaged. For all eventualities, please proceed as follows: - Please print out the damage report, which we will send you by e-mail, and have it available when the goods are delivered. - If the packaging is damaged or has even little marks, it is vitally important that all items be checked for damages together with the vehicle driver. After the goods have been inspected, please make a note in detail of the damages on the damage report AS WELL AS on the delivery note provided by the driver. - If the packaging is not damaged and the driver does not want to wait until you have unpacked and inspected all of the products, it is imperative that you take the precaution of adding the following beside your signature on the damage report: "Damaged". You then have 24 hours to inspect the goods and to report any damages to us immediately. Under no circumstances should you sign that you have received the goods in good condition before you have inspected the contents. - If your furniture is damaged and you have a delivery company which only uses electronic signature devices, you will have to leave your signature and write into the signature device that your furniture is defective. Otherwise, the damage report is invalid. - It is essential that the damage report be signed by both yourself and the driver. - You must keep a copy of the damage report as proof. Damages that are NOT REPORTED exactly according to these instructions will not be reimbursed either by us or by the carrier. Then there is also NO LONGER the possibility of exchanging or returning the goods free of charge. Please do not give the driver your signature until he has confirmed the inspection of the goods and the packaging IN WRITING. Should you discover any small damages, please DO NOT return the goods immediately, but always let me know first so that we can work out a solution together and maybe send you spareparts. If the product is seriously damaged and needs replacement, please do not accept the delivery.
